Is it supposed to tip Bagboy that helps us take our steps to the car?
The young man in the supermarket are always asking me help, and then let them carry my luggage in the car. Do I give a tip or illegal?
I used to work in the back of Albertson's in 2000-2001. Store policy is that customers do not tip the bag boy, because what the supermarket's car belonged to the customer Service. However, I have a U.S. dollar or 2 people. I see the problem in the tank, but do not feel obligated to tip. If you decide to tip, just make sure no other children are buggy around. Same thing happens with managers. Alternatively, you can always buy a Coke or a bag of chips or a chocolate bar to show your appreciation.
